Backtick Solutions is a digital development team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address or WhatsApp number, website or Instagram profile, and what you would like to improve. If you choose the detailed quote option, we may also receive your company, project type, budget and timeline. We use this information to assess your inquiry and reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information in your message. The website is hosted on Vercel and form delivery uses Resend when email notifications are configured. Inquiry details are also stored in Upstash Redis, a technical service provider used to manage and follow up on requests. Records do not automatically expire and are kept until we process a correction or deletion request. If Google Analytics is configured, the website loads that service to measure page usage.
